ADMANANO silica is manufactured in liquid phase.
Admatechs provides a unique nano silica powder with our original techniques, including ideal surface treatment.
Dispersing ADMANANO powder in organic media, we can produce new organic-inorganic hybrid materials.
Alumina consists of spherical particles with a non-porous surface and cannot be obtained by any other production method. It features high purity with an almost neutral pH level and excellent dispersibility.
Two particle sizes (0.2, 10μm) are available, and two types of purity are prepared.
Ultrahigh purity alumina are also available.
We have developed ADMAFINE resin master batch by dispersing our ADMAFINE silica and alumina in organic resin using an advanced original technique. High dispersion of particles, unattainable by a conventional roller mill, is now possible.
Customers only add a hardener, a catalyst, and it becomes possible that the liquid resin compound which has a high flow very much is manufactured.Customers can specify the resins.
We have developed a slurry product where ADMAFINE silica and alumina are highly dispersed in organic solvent using our original technique.
The product features extremely high-concentration and coarse particle removal size of 5μm. An ideal surface treatment reduces aggregation.
It is also possible to blend resins specified by customers.
Fillers for liquid encapsulant (e.g. under fill) must remove coarse particles to used for high-end electronic devices.
Admatechs has established several coarse particle removal technologies and added "ADMAFINE with precise coarse particles cutting" in our product line.
Admafine silica consists of spherical particles with a non-porous surface. It features narrow particle size distribution, high purity with few ion impurities, and excellent dispersibility.
The particle size can be specified as desired in the range of 0.2 to 2.0μm, and two levels of purity are available.
